Learning Experience Design By

To evidence my skill set and commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, I’ve designed a blended learning solution to address the topic of bias. The online course is easy to adapt to any profession and can be facilitated via ILT/VILT, synchronous, or asynchronous. The learning design includes the following features: 

Understanding by Design (UbD, a strategic, human-centric, backward design framework. 

Articulate 360 Rise, an authoring tool to create micro-learnings with multiple modalities to meet individual learning preferences, ADA compliance, and quality assurance standards. Learners can print the materials for offline access. Rise allows for completion and KPI progress tracking when the course is saved as a SCORM package or xAPI, and then embedded within a Learning Management System (LMS, such as Moodle).

Canva, a graphic design generator to ensure consistency in branding, logo, color guides, themes, and slide images. 

Vyond, an animated video maker (the /logo/branding and voice over files are my own original work).  

Microsoft Flip, a video discussion tool that provides a Personal Learning Network to foster peer interaction and provide on-going support. The app is safe, secure, and complies with data privacy when embedded into an LMS. 

Rubric-guided tasks and scenario-based quizzes, provide an environment for timely feedback from a knowledgeable expert.

Storyline Audiobook, an alternative, multi-modal pathway for auditory learners.

Digital Badge, for learners to showcase their Credential/Certificate of Completion online.
